This Cyder is made using the Original Method, first set out by the English physician, Christopher Merrett, whose legacy & technique for creating sparkling wines has been adopted worldwide.
The result is a much more refined, elegant cyder with subtle apple flavours and delicate bubbles. Made using the finest apples from the Kingscote orchard, this dry and crisp offering provides finesse and luxury – this is no ordinary cyder.
